Singer — The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office sent out an e-Commerce update on June 26, 2008 that provided information regarding the release of enhancements to Private PAIR and Public PAIR, the indexing of request documents for the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH), and access to design patent applications using the Priority Document Exchange (PDX). Private and Public PAIR Enhancements The USPTO plans to release Private PAIR 7.3/7.4 and Public PAIR 3.1 on July 4, 2008.
