MARAD and Coast Guard Complete FEIS for Proposed Calypso LNG Deepwater Port
Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP: Today’s Federal Register announces that the U.S. Maritime Administration and the U.S. Coast Guard have completed the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the proposed Calypso LNG deepwater port. The document should be available soon on the Regulations.gov website under Docket No. USCG-2006-26009.
